Service Call Per Call Hour - 1-Hour Minimum

EXPLINATION OF RATES:

The current pricing is $125/hour + parts for a one-man service call (1-hour minimum) and $170/hour + parts for a two-man service call (1-hour minimum) 

A One-man Service Call Rate: Includes travel for location, diagnosis, and labor for the service visit (1-hour minimum).

*Parts, materials, permits, inspections, and specialty services are additional as needed.

A Two-man Service Call Rate: This applies when a job requires two technicians instead of one. The rate is higher because additional labor is involved. A concise explanation could be, Two-Man Service Call: Required for jobs that need two technicians for safe handling, heavy lifting, efficiency, or technical assistance. The rate also includes travel, diagnosis, and labor for both technicians during the service visit (1-hour minimum).

*Parts, materials, permits, inspections, and specialty services are additional as needed.

A job is "one-man" or "two-man" based on the work required.

Examples include:

• Toilet replacements are typically billed as a two-man job.
• Garbage disposal replacements are typically billed as a one-man job.
